  Surveys are completed.  The preference of the unit members are:       

bulletThe District increases health benefits
bulletPriority two is salary schedules and stipends                                 
  1. Across the board salary increase
  2. Increase all longevity steps
  3. Miscellaneous pay schedules (that would include hourly wage and stipends, as well as coaching pay)

The re-opener Article 22 will be the Retirees Healthcare Benefits.
