    With the successful education of all West Covina students paramount in their minds, the negotiating team does extensive research on  working conditions that support and encourage student growth and employee satisfaction.  Additionally teachers and counselors are surveyed as to how they believe the educational needs of our children can be best served.

    Then the negotiating team configures all their research into contract proposals that will ultimately strengthen and increase student achievement.  TAWC's objective in contract negotiations is always to work in "partnership" with the school district, parents, and the community for the benefit of our children.
