    By Contract you have the right to have an Association member present at any meeting between you and any administrator from your school or the District.  It is suggested that you print out the card below and have it available to give to your administrator if a situation you are uncomfortable with should arise.

REPRESENTATION RIGHTS

    If this discussion could, in any way, lead to me being disciplined or terminated, or affect my personal working conditions, I respectfully request that my Association representative be present at the meeting.  Without representation, I choose not to answer any questions.
