*    Trained Site Representatives for each school

        ~  Site elected reps who provide a flow of information from you to

                 TAWC and back again through Representative Council

*    Trained "Grievance" Representatives at elementary and secondary levels

        ~  Provide advice and assistance in all work related issues especially

                 those involving our CONTRACT

*    Trained Peer Assistance Review representatives for elementary and

                 secondary levels

        ~  Serve on a district committee overseeing support providers of new

                 teachers as well as any experienced teacher needing assistance

*    TAWC Executive Board Members and Officers

        ~  Elected educators that guide the operation of TAWC according to the

                 desire of TAWC's Representative Council

*    CTA assistance and guidance

        ~  Provided through our  CTA consultant  Kathy O'Neill and our local

                 CTA Board director - Don Bridge
